A recently unsealed warrant shows a woman called 911 from the Willingham home the morning the couple was killed and said a "young man" was in her house, fighting with her husband. There was an apparent struggle, the woman screamed, and the call was disconnected.

A few minutes later, a neighbor, Craig Hilburn, called 911 to say he saw someone in the driveway of the home, the warrant says. Hilburn tried to chase the man but lost sight of him, then returned to the house and found one of the bodies.
