FARMINGTON, Mo. -- A search was on Friday night for a convicted rapist who was discovered missing from the Farmington Correctional Center.
Nicholas Stillman, 41, was not present for an afternoon inmate count, said the center's superintendent Al Luebbers. Stillman was last seen at 1 p.m. Authorities were looking inside and outside the center, located about 70 miles south of St. Louis.
Stillman received a five-year sentence for second-degree statutory rape in St. Louis. Stillman is a 5'4" white man with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in blue sweat pants and a brown coat.
