Incumbents Stacy Kinder and Tony Smee filed for re-election on Tuesday, Missouri's opening day of filing for April elections. Don Call, who was appointed earlier this year to serve the remainder of longtime board member Steve Trautwein's term, also filed candidacy papers Tuesday.

The filing deadline is the end of the business day Jan. 18. Forms are available at the Cape Girardeau School District clerk's office during business hours.
