On the list were the names of Travis Leimer, 23, Zachary Statler, 18, Shawn Vandeusen, 18 and Emilie Statler, 24. Bonney said these four individuals, who live in the same apartment at 631 E. Adams, have not been arrested. He said paperwork has been filed with the prosecuting attorney's office regarding their arrests, but no action has been taken.

He said there was a miscommunication with the prosecuting attorney's office that resulted in releasing the names.
