IN NEW POSITION

PERRYVILLE -- Charles (Chuck) Ortinau has been named to the newly created position of corporate packaging manager for Solar Press, a multinational corporation headquartered in Naperville, Ill., and specialing in the printing and packaging of loose card products and solo mailings for direct marketers worldwide.

Ortinau will be responsible for instituting packaging techniques and systems that enhance productivity and for coordinating the installation and start-up of all packaging equipment for the company's production facilities in Naperville, Ill., Perryville, and Aalst, Belgium.

Ortinau has been with Solar Press since 1977 and previously held the position of Naperville packaging plant manager. Ortinau and his wife, Lynda, live in Oswego, Ill.
