Summary: During an April 29 search of Jack Terry's residence -- which he permitted -- Sikeston police officers found a 9mm-caliber pistol and a fully loaded magazine between the pillow and mattress of the defendant's bed. Terry admitted the pistol was his and that as a felon he is prohibited from possessing firearms.
