Charges: Conspiracy to distribute 280 grams or more of cocaine base.

Summary: Gilmer pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute 280 grams or more of cocaine base from June 16, 2010, through May 3, 2011, in Dunklin County, Mo., and elsewhere. During this time, Randy E. Caruthers supplied more than 70 ounces of powder cocaine and 43 ounces of cocaine base to David Parker, which was distributed to Gilmer and others in Southeast Missouri. Gilmer distributed more than 14 ounces of cocaine base to others in Southeast Missouri. The maximum punishment for Gilmer is life imprisonment and a $10 million fine. Sentencing is set for Sept. 24.
