Caruthers supplied more than 70 ounces of powder cocaine and 43 ounces of cocaine base to David Parker, which was distributed to Gilmer and others in Southeast Missouri. Gilmer distributed more than 14 ounces of cocaine base to others in Southeast Missouri. The maximum punishment for Gilmer is life imprisonment and a $10 million fine. Sentencing is set for Sept. 24.
