The following information was released Monday by the federal prosecutor's office for defendants appearing in federal court before U.S. District Judge Henry E. Autrey.

PLEADED GUILTY

Name: Lance W. Kinder

Age: 25

Charge: One felony count of delaying, destroying mail.

Sentencing: Set for July 20. He faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Summary: Kinder admitted that between August 2009 and Nov. 2009, while employed by the United States Postal Service, he did not deliver numerous pieces of mail. He discarded some of the mail into the Diversion Channel.
