Residence: Perry County

Charges: Aiding and abetting the possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.

Summary: On Dec. 14, Overbey's co-defendant, Teresa Aguilera, robbed the People's Bank of Altenburg, Mo. She entered the building wearing a ski mask, dark gloves and sunglasses. She was also holding an SKS semi-automatic rifle and carrying an oversized bank bag. She then approached the teller counter, pointed the rifle at two tellers and demanded money. She left the bank with about $9,000. Overbey admitted that he provided Aguilera with the rifle. In addition, he admitted to driving her to the bank, waiting while she committed the robbery and driving her away after the robbery was complete. Aguilera and Overbey split the proceeds of the robbery evenly.
