Charge: Possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute and being a felon in possession of a firearm, both felonies

Summary: On July 20 authorities searched Johnson's home in Cape Girardeau, where they found a .38 caliber pistol and $420 worth in cocaine. Johnson admitted to possessing the controlled substance for distribution and due to previous felony convictions is prohibited from possessing firearms. The case was investigated by the DEA and the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
