The following information was released Tuesday by the federal prosecutor's office for defendants appearing in federal court before U.S. District Judge Henry E. Autrey on Monday.

Name: Scott Eugene Peetz
Age: 50
Residence: Cape Girardeau
Charge: One felony count of conspiracy to manufacture five grams or more of methamphetamine.
Sentence: 225 months; Upon release from prison, eight years of supervised probation.
Summary: On April 3, 2009, the SEMO Drug Task Force found a methamphetamine lab at Peetz's home. Officers found evidence that Peetz had cooked the substance at his residence in the past. Peetz had been receiving materials to manufacture methamphetamine for a period of around two years.
