Charge: Five felony counts of bank robbery
Sentence: 46 months in federal prison
Summary: Pippins had previously pleaded guilty to robbing five banks, three in George and two in Cape Girardeau, between Oct. 13 and Nov. 23. He was arrested by Cape Girardeau police following the Nov. 23 robbery of First State Community Bank.
