Summary: On Oct. 13 Brown distributed 4.9 grams of crack cocaine to a confidential informant in the parking lot of Cape Girardeau's Victorian Inn. On Oct. 19 Brown sold 5.3 grams of crack cocaine to the same person while stopped at a stop sign on Park Street.
