The U.S. attorney's office released the following information Tuesday for defendants who appeared before U.S. District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh Jr.
pleaded guilty
Residence: Blytheville, Ark.
Age: 32
Charges: Distribution of cocaine base and distribution of 28 grams or more of cocaine base
Sentencing: Scheduled for Oct. 5
Summary: On April 26, 2011, May 5, 2011, and Nov. 3 and 10, 2011, Chew distributed cocaine base (crack cocaine) to an informant for the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Pemiscot County, Mo. He now faces a maximum punishment of 20 years in prison for one count of distribution; and 40 years in prison for each of the remaining three counts.
