Summary: In September 2006, Fowler was living with his father and other relatives in a Scott City residence where his father kept two handguns, a .38-caliber revolver and a .22-caliber Smith & Wesson pistol. On Sept. 28, 2006, Scott City police were called to the house because of a reported domestic dispute. Fowler was arrested, and witnesses informed police that the dispute occurred because he'd obtained his father's two handguns. During interviews with police, John Fowler admitted to handling, cleaning and loading the firearms. Officers found the guns during a search of the residence, both of them loaded.

Summary: Durng the investigation, Kohl admitted that around December 2006 he used a Polaroid camera to take photographs of a minor female engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
