The following information was released by the office of federal prosecutor Catherine Hanaway for defendants appearing in federal court before U.S. District Judge E. Richard Webber:Pleaded Guilty

Name: Jimmy Lee Hudson

Age: 29

Residence: Cape Girardeau

Charge: Possession of cocaine base with intent to distribute

Summary: With his guilty plea, Hudson admitted that police found a plastic bag containing cocaine base and $2,008 in cash in his vehicle during a traffic violation stop June 6. He now faces a maximum prison term of 40 years and a $2 million fine.

Name: Lawrence Mann

Age: 30

Residence: Poplar Bluff, Mo.

Charge: Unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of cocaine base

Summary: On July 25 Poplar Bluff police officers stopped Mann who was driving from the scene where police were responding to a domestic disturbance call. Police found a Davis Industries, .32 caliber pistol in Mann's pants pocket. Due to Mann's previous felony conviction, he is prohibited by law from possessing firearms. On Nov. 18, police found a plastic bag on Mann's person that contained four individually wrapped bags of cocaine base during an arrest on a federal indictment for the felon in possession of firearm charge.

Name: Eugene Jennings

Age: 56

Residence: Caruthersville, Mo.

Charge: Two counts of distribution of cocaine base.

Summary: Jennings admitted that on Nov. 11 and 13 he sold cocaine base to a cooperating individual in Caruthersville. He now faces a maximum prison sentence of 20 years and a $1 million fine on each count.

Name: James D. Willcut

Age: 31

Residence: Naylor, Mo.

Charge: Unlawful possession of a firearm

Summary: Willcut admitted that on Jan. 28 he transported a Ruger .22 caliber rifle from a storage compartment near his home in Ripley County, Mo., to a home in Naylor, Mo. where he placed it in the back of another vehicle. The rifle was later recovered and turned over to ATF agents. Due to Willcut's previous felony convictions, he is prohibited by law from possessing firearms.

Name: Larry W. Mayberry

Age: 60

Residence: Annapolis, Mo.

Charge: Conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine and distributing five grams or more of methamphetamine.

Summary: With his plea, Mayberry admitted that he conspired with others to distribute methamphetamine beginning around January 2002, through the date of the indictment. He also admitted that on Oct. 18 he sold 7.7 grams of methamphetamine to a confidential informant for $1,000. He faces a sentence of 10 years to life imprisonment and a $4 million fine for conspiracy and a maximum punishment of 40 years imprisonment and a $2 million fine for the distribution count.

Age: 41

Residence: Piedmont, Mo.

Charge: Unlawful possession of a firearm

Sentence: 110 months prison

Summary: On Jan. 9, 2006, McLaughlin stopped for gas at a store in Wayne County, Mo., and left without paying. The store clerk told police the driver had a firearm in the cab of the truck. Hours later, a Missouri State Highway Patrolman gave chase to McLaughlin with speeds in excess of 100 mph. He was eventually stopped and arrested. Officers discovered the truck was stolen by McLaughlin earlier in the day along with the rifle in the cab of the truck. Due to his previous felony convictions, he is prohibited by law from possessing firearms.

Name: Colby Lee Jaco

Age: 26

Residence: Poplar Bluff, Mo.

Charge: Unlawful possession of pseudoephedrine

Sentence: 87 months imprisonment followed by two year supervised release

Summary: Jaco admitted that on Sept. 27 he purchased one case of pseudoephedrine pills for $400 from an undercover SEMO Drug Task Force officer using a confidential source as an intermediary. Jaco admitted he intended to provide the pills to a third party who would make them into methamphetamine.

Name: Tammie Kennedy

Age: 41

Residence: Steele, Mo.

Charge: Unlawful possession of pseudoephedrine

Sentence: 45 months imprisonment followed by a two-year supervised release

Summary: Kennedy admitted that she was arrested in April 2006 after accepting money intended to pay for a large number of pseudoephedrine pills that had been delivered to a confidential informant for the Bootheel Drug Task Force. A search of her property in Steele, Mo., resulted in the seizure of an additional five ounces of pseudoephedrine.
