The following information was released by the office of federal prosecutor Catherine Hanaway for defendants appearing in federal court before U.S. District Judge Jean C. Hamilton.

Residence: Rio Bravo, Tamulipas, Mexico
Charge: Two counts of distribution of methamphetamine and one count of unlawfully entering the United States
Sentence: 151 months' imprisonment followed by supervised release for eight years
Summary: Moreno previously admitted with his plea that he distributed approximately 1 ounce of methamphetamine on two occasions in Dunklin and Pemiscot counties between 2005 and 2006. He received $1,400 for each ounce. An examination of Moreno's fingerprints by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents revealed that Moreno had been using an alias. He was last deported in 2003.

Age: 24
Residence: Golden, Co.
Charge: Distribution of mushrooms containing psilocin and possession with intent to distribute mushrooms containing psilocin
Sentence: 12 months' imprisonment
Summary: Davis approached a narcotics officer form the South Central Drug Task Force on Aug. 13, offering to sell him mushrooms from a large, black garbage bag he was carrying at a festival in Shannon County, Mo. The officer purchased two baggies of mushrooms for $200. Davis later admitted to police that he sold mushrooms at the festival, that money found in a car were the proceeds of the sales and that more mushrooms in the car were those he was unable to sell. Officers confiscated 56 baggies of mushrooms and $36,474 in cash. Davis and his accomplice, Cody R. Easley, forfeited the cash to the U.S. government.

Charge: Possession with intent to distribute mushrooms containing psilocin
Sentence: 18 months' imprisonment
Summary: Easley was in the car with Robert L. Davis on Aug. 13, and admitted to police that he sold mushrooms at a Shannon County festival, that money found in a car were the proceeds of the sales and that more mushrooms in the car were those he was unable to sell.
Name: Anthony M. Pettigrew
Age: 23
Residence: Wyatt, Mo.
Charge: Possession with intent to distribute 5 grams or more of cocaine base
Sentence: 60 months' imprisonment
Summary: Pettigrew admitted to police that he possessed cocaine base March 6 and intended to distribute it. Pettigrew led police in a short car chase and then on foot. When caught, police found 5.44 grams of crack cocaine Pettigrew tried to hide under a house during the pursuit.
