Charge: Unlawful possession of pseudoephedrine.
Summary: In her plea, Kennedy admitted that in April 2006 she accepted money intended to pay for a large number of pseudoephedrine pills to a confidential informant for the Bootheel Drug Task Force. A search of Kennedy's property in Steele, Mo., resulted in the seizure of an additional 5 ounces of pseudoephedrine.
