Charge: Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
Summary: On June 29, 2005, Sikeston Department of Public Safety officers responded to a report of suspicious activity in the parking lot of Wal-Mart. Price admitted to officers that she had been using methamphetamine and consented to a search of her vehicle, where officers found methamphetamine, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Name: Christopher B. Lloyd
Age: 27
Residence: Kennett, Mo.
Charge: Attempted acquisition of a firearm by a false statement intended to deceive the firearms dealer.
Summary: On Sept. 1, Lloyd agreed to purchase a shotgun from Travis O. Davis, a federally licensed firearms dealer. On a form required to legally purchase a gun, Lloyd denied having been convicted of a crime that had a possible sentence of more than one year. In his plea, Lloyd admitted knowing that the statement was false when he signed his name to the document. Lloyd faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000.

Summary: Thomas admitted that on Jan. 11, 2005, he sold 8.14 grams of crack cocaine to a confidential informant for the FBI in exchange for $500.

Sentence: 66 months' imprisonment
Summary: An investigation of the theft of young girls' shoes from a roller rink led law enforcement officers to Blattel. On March 16, 2006, law enforcement officers obtained an admission from Blattel that he possessed child pornography, and found numerous images of minors engaged in sexual acts stored on his computer.

Charge: Distribution of cocaine base
Sentence: 36 months' imprisonment
Summary: On April 7, 2005, Sims sold 6 grams of crack cocaine to a confidential informant for the FBI for $500.
Name: Leonard J. Parchell Jr.
Age: 27
Residence: Kennett, Mo.
Charge: Distribution of cocaine base
Sentence: 10 years' imprisonment
Summary: On Dec. 8, 2005, a confidential informant purchased 6.96 grams of crack cocaine from Parchell.
Name: Dale R. Baudendistel
Age: 47
Residence: Fredericktown, Mo.
Charge: Manufacture of 100 or more marijuana plants
Sentence: 24 months' imprisonment
Summary: On July 17, 2006, two Missouri State Highway Patrolmen observed 100 marijuana plants growing near County Road 238 in Madison County, Mo. The officers returned to the marijuana patch and set up video surveillance. On Oct. 10, a trooper reviewed videotape of the marijuana patch and observed Baudendistel harvesting the plants. Officers contacted Baudendistel on Oct. 10, at which time he admitted that he had planted the marijuana and to having another marijuana patch nearby.
