Charge: Two counts of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.
Sentence: 70 months in prison followed by three-year supervised release.
Summary: In his guilty plea, Smith admitted that in August 2005 he and others agreed to distribute and actually did distribute substances containing cocaine powder and crack cocaine. Smith arranged two drug transactions between another person and an undercover officer in which these two drugs were sold to the officer.
