Improvements to close roads in Scott County next week

Rock Levee Road/County Road 304 in Scott County will be closed next week, while the contractor installs new culverts under the road as part of the outer road improvements. The project includes grading, paving and signal installation at the Interstate 55 and Route AB interchange and construction of an outer road from Route K to Route AB near Scott City. Additionally, a new bridge will be constructed over Ramsey Creek for the new outer road. This section of road closed is from the east outer road to one half mile north of the east outer road. Weather permitting, the work will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily Nov. 15 through 17.
