Edmonds said in a news release Thursday. Travis Farris, 24, of Anna was arrested by Union County sheriff's deputies in March at a residence near Jonesboro, Ill., where he was engaged in the production of less than 15 grams of methamphetamine. Under Illinois law, Farris must serve at least 75 percent of his sentence.
