I-55 in Ste. Genevieve County reduced

North- and southbound Interstate 55 in Ste. Genevieve County, between Route O and Highway 32, will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction as contractor crews install traffic counters. Weather permitting, the work will be performed from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday on the southbound side and Sept. 18 on the northbound side.

All work is weather permitting. Work zones will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling near the area. For more information about the project, contact MoDOT's Customer Service Center at 888-275-6636, or visit modot.org/southeast.
