HONORS ENSEMBLE PERFORMS

The 1994 Southeast Missouri Honors Wind Ensemble, comprised of high school students, presented a concert on Jan. 8 in Rose Theatre.

The musical group consists of 50 students and 10 alternates chosen by audition from among several hundred young people representing 40 Missouri school districts.

Area students in the group, by school, include:

Cape Girardeau Central -- Tracy Guth, John Hearnes, Tim Hite, Josh Miller, Blaine Oxley, Renee Robinson, Kirsten Werne, Christy Wetzel and Corey Wright.

Charleston -- Aaron Chandler.

Jackson -- Christine Conklin, Chris Crawford, Sarah Fluegge, Kelly Fronabarger, Cory Gee, Kevin Goodier, Kelly Hitt, Mark King, Matt Martin, Rebecca Newman, Gina Parenteau, Adrian Raney, Erika Reppen, Nikki Schwent, Brad Tucker, Andrea Vrbosky, Kara Whitledge and Roger Kiplinger.
