HOLIGAN HOMES TO SHOWCASE NEW SUBDIVISION

Holigan Homes will showcase its newest subdivision to the public this weekend.

Ashland Courts, a subdivision off Kingshighway east of South County Park, will be the site of a grand opening Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Hours for the grand opening are 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. Free barbecue will be provided from 11:30 a.m to 1:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Six homes have been completed in the 180-lot Ashland Courts subdivision, which will contain homes in the $108,000 to $180,000 range. A model display home will be available at the site.

Holigan Homes has four subdivisions in Cape Girardeau County.

"We have three sites open -- Cape Girardeau, Fruitland and Jackson -- with a fourth to open in the near future," said John Marlin, president of the Missouri Division of Holigan Homes. His offices are at 4660 State Highway 74.
