"Holiday Tune Up," a workshop for anyone interested in making the most of the holidays will be sponsored by Southeast Missouri Hospital's Fitness and Wellness Center at the Holiday Inn Nov. 6.

The program is designed to provide practical ways to make the holiday season a treat and not a trial. Included in the program will be tips on how to control weight during the holidays; make the most of your image; manage holiday expectations that sometimes seem overwhelming; and relax and learn ways to control stress.

The registration fee is $25 and includes a Weight Control Ways manual and lunch. The program begins at 9 a.m. and concludes at 2 p.m. The first 10 registrants may take part in a free dietary analysis from 8:30-9 a.m.
