The winners of Cape Girardeau's Holiday of Lights competition were announced Tuesday.

For the competition, members of the Beautification Committee of the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce judged decorated businesses and homes in seven sections of the city. Following are the winners.

Section 1

Nonresidential: Fountainbleau Lodge, 2001 N. Kingshighway.

Residential: 3513 Mallard Drive (Everett Hey) and 3901 Ashland Hills (Connie Simmons).

Section 2

Nonresidential: Southeast Missouri Hospital, 1701 Lacey.

Residential: 1848 Thilenius (Marlene Golden) and 2002 Dunklin (Sashi Glasscock).

Section 3

Nonresidential: none.

Residential: 1546 Princeton (Steve and Beverly Boren) and 2129 Yorktown (Ray and Amy Yager).

Nonresidential: The Healing Arts Garden, 211 St. Francis Drive.
