HOLCOMB, Mo. -- Rides have been set up and activities have begun for the third annual June Fest in the Holcomb Community Park.

Gospel singers will perform starting at 8 tonight, featuring the likes of Garrett Trainer, Stephanie and Mallory Gushard, Nelley Harris, Taylor and McKensie Miller, Kala Smith, Grita Mitchell and Jamie Wilson. Groups performing include the Crown of Life singers, Christy Dennis, Ann Abbott, Christina Dennis and Ron Fowler; Patsy Weaver and Comapny, Terry Davis, Mark Brantly, Ruhl Starnes and Bobby Wheeling.
On Saturday, June Fest will be kicked off with a noon parade, followed by a beauty contest at 2 and the June Jamboree at 8.
Proceeds from June Fest will benefit the city's park board.
