A conference celebrating what would have been former president John F. Kennedy's 90th birthday will be held Thursday at Southeast Missouri State University.
The free event will be at 7 p.m. in the University Center Ballroom.
Three Kennedy experts will discuss the life, presidency and assassination of the former president.
Southeast Missouri State history professor Dr. J. Christopher Schnell will discuss Kennedy's early life. Missouri State University history professor Dr. James Giglio will discuss Kennedy's presidency. Kenn Thomas, senior manuscript specialist at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and author of two books on Kennedy's assassination, will discuss conspiracy theories surrounding his death.
