Highway 74 reduced for bridge repairs

East- and westbound Highway 74 in Cape Girardeau will be reduced to one lane Tuesday and Wednesday, allowing Missouri Department of Transportation crews to perform routine maintenance on a bridge spanning Interstate 55. The bridge is between Siemers Drive and Mount Auburn Road. Weather permitting, work will be done from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. The work zone will be marked with signs.
