Winners in the 19th Annual High School Art Symposium at Southeast Missouri State University were announced Sunday.

Sculpture: Justin Weaver, Cape Girardeau Central High School, 1st place; Jed Payne, Sikeston High School, 2nd place; and Nathan Dickinson, De Soto High School, 3rd place.

Ceramics: Lonnie Bartusch, Sikeston High School, 1st place; Travis Heath, De Soto High School, 2nd place; and Dave Obermiller, Cape Girardeau Central High School, 3rd place.

Painting: Rachel Bettag, Cape Girardeau Central High School, 1st place; Nina Coats, De Soto High School, 2nd place; and Philip Cheaney, Arcadia Valley High School, 3rd place.
