According to a probable-cause statement, Robert squeezed his wife and threw her against a wall. His 16-year-old stepson tried to help his mother and was thrown into a glass door, injuring his arms and legs, deputies said.

After Robert was arrested, police reportedly found skelaxin, Diazapam, a container with marijuana residue, and a plastic bag of methamphetamine on his person.

In August, Robert pleaded guilty to third-degree domestic assault and received a $500 fine.
