"Healthy Choices a Prescription for Life" is the topic of the Woman to Woman luncheon Thursday at St. Francis Medical Center.
The meeting will be held at noon in conference rooms A and B of the health and education center.
Oncology program coordinator at St. Francis, Jo Clayton-Dodd, will be the featured speaker. She will stress how practicing healthy life styles can be a prescription for increasing energy levels and lowering our risk for disease.
Upcoming programs will feature mother-daughter relationships on Aug. 20, women's addictions on Sept. 17 and premenstrual syndrome on Oct. 15.
The Woman to Woman luncheons are sponsored by the St. Francis Education Department and the medical center's Womancare program. A $5 registration fee covers the meal.
