Students pursuing careers in various medical fields are eligible to apply for one of 11 health care scholarships which will be awarded this summer by the St. Francis Medical Center Auxiliary.
The scholarships, which have been endowed by a number of individuals and the St. Francis Foundation, are awarded on the basis of a number of factors, including financial need and the willingness of recipients to work at least one full year on a full or part-time basis as a health care professional at St. Francis Medical Center.
This year's scholarships are available to students enrolled in health care studies during the 1995-96 academic year. The application deadline is Monday, June 5.
