SCOTT CITY The fourth annual Scott City Halloween Parade is planned for Oct. 26, sponsored by the Scott City Parks and Recreation Department.
The parade begins at 10 a.m. and lineup will start at the Interior Plus building, 712 Main, at 9:30 a.m. The parade will proceed down Main to East Second Street and end on Mar-Elm Street.
Following the parade, costumes will be judged for children ages 2 and up. Categories are: best costume, scariest costume and best group. Anyone may participate. For more information, contact the parks department at 264-3411.
