2ND LT. RANDY W. ZIMMERMAN

Zimmerman is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Zimmerman of Scott City. A 1985 graduate of Scott City High School, he went on to graduate from Southeast Missouri State University, majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring in Military Law.

Zimmerman was a member of the 1137th Military Police Unit of Kennett. He was then transferred to the 358th, serving as a Military Policeman.

His unit was activated Jan. 3, and he's been in Saudi Arabia since Jan. 13. His parents say he likes to receive mail from home, snack food and cookies.
