PFC GREG HAFFORD

U.S. ARMY

Pfc. Hafford is the son of Margo and Bob Hafford of Cape Girardeau.

He graduated from Cape Central High School in 1989 and joined the army that same year.

He completed basic training at Ft. Knox, Ky., and has been stationed with the "Big Red One" of Ft. Riley, Kansas, for one year.

He has been trained on the M1-A1 tank as a tank driver.

He was deployed to Saudi Arabia on Dec. 31. His parents say he loves music, reading and playing cards. "He would love to hear from friends and anyone wishing to write," they said. His address is:
