PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Perry County will soon have 400 new jobs based at the Perryville airport. Gov. Jay Nixon will join Perryville city leaders and Perry County economic development officials at 11 a.m. today at the airport to announce details on an expansion project at Sabreliner Corp.
Sabreliner Corp. operates aircraft maintenance, refurbishing, manufacturing and assembly sites in Perryville, Ste. Genevieve, Mo., and St. Mary, Mo., and in Independence, Kan. Its corporate headquarters is in Clayton, Mo. The company services both military and civilian aircraft. It currently has about 450 employees, according to its website.
