The grant, from a $50 million bond fund administered by Missouri Department of Natural Resources, will supplement grant and loan funds from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development Program and Community Development Block Grants administered by the Missouri Department of Economic Development. The sewer project, expected to be completed this year, will cost an estimated $857,000 and provide service to 135 homes.
