GIRLS INVITED TO `SCOUT SPLASH'

JACKSON -- Girls in the Jackson and Oak Ridge school districts are invited to attend "Scout Splash," a free swimming party Aug. 24 sponsored by the Tsalagi Service Unit of the Otahki Girl Scout Council.

Scouts and non-Scouts are invited to attend the swimming party from 10 a.m. to noon at the Jackson city pool.

Girl Scout registration for the 1991-92 school year will be held on the same time. Registration fee is $4 and a parent or guardian is needed for Girl Scout registration.

In case of rain, the event will be canceled and an alternate registration date will be announced.
