Fund set up to help Scott City family after fire

The Evans Family Benefit Fund has been established to help Zach and Sarah Evans, a Scott City couple who lost their home and most of their possessions Monday in a fire.

The Alliance Bank in Oran, Mo., established the fund to gather donations for the family's short-term needs. Donations can be made at any Alliance Bank location.

The Evans' home was destroyed in a fire that killed their two dogs and destroyed a neighbor's car. No people were injured in the fire.
