Glueck was arguing with the victim, and she tried to exit his pickup truck at Lexington Avenue and Perryville Road in Cape Girardeau about 10:30 p.m. Saturday, according to a probable-cause report from Cape Girardeau police officer Jason Angle.

When the victim exited the vehicle, Glueck pulled forward, and she was run over by the rear passenger tire, Angle wrote.

She was found lying in the southwest corner of the intersection and was taken to Saint Francis Medical Center, according to the report.
