Ninety students were inducted into the Southeast Missouri State University chapter of Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society for freshmen in a ceremony March 26 in the University Center.
The students inducted at the ceremony had attained a grade-point average of 3.5 on a four-point scale during their first semester at Southeast.
Phi Eta Sigma is a national scholastic honor society that recognizes high scholastic achievement during the first year of college and offers leadership and scholarship opportunities.
