Class sessions provide information, support and encouragement, and are led by an ex-smoker who understands the physical and psychological aspects of tobacco use.

The classes are co-sponsored by the American Lung Association of Eastern Missouri. They use a positive behavior-change approach to enable smokers to kick the habit.

Registration fee is $50. To register or for more information call Judy Stricker at 339-6107.
