PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Four youths ranging in ages of 13 to 15 have been taken into custody by the Perryville Police Department and now face charges related to two burglaries and several vehicle break-ins, police said. Between July 13 and July 17, the department investigated a break-in at the Perry County Middle School, Knights of Columbus Hall, along with several break-ins at the Perry County Hospital and the area of South Spring Street in Perryville. Taken during the break-ins was a small amount of cash, police said, along with some alcohol. Several items such as compact discs and purses were taken from car break-ins. During the investigation, police recovered the property from the four juveniles, police said. The juveniles are facing charges of burglary, property damage and stealing. Due to the age of the suspects, authorities have not released their names.
