The Greater St. Louis Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America recently added four new members to the executive board representing Southeast Missouri. They are Stan Crader, president of Crader Distributing of Marble Hill; Mike Smythe, vice president and general manager of KFVS12; John Thompson, president of the Bank of Missouri; and Kenneth A. Witbrodt Jr., chief executive officer of Montgomery Bank of Sikeston.
The Greater St. Louis Area Council serves more than 67,000 members and 17,000 registered adult leaders in 27 Missouri counties and 10 counties in Southern Illinois.
The new board members join Paul T. Combs of Kennett, Bob Keathley of Bernie, Doug Kennedy of Poplar Bluff, Vernon Griffith of Sikeston, Joseph McKeon of Cape Girardeau, Judge Thomas Ray of Farmington, Dr. John Russell of Cape Girardeau and Dr. Ken Dobbins of Southeast Missouri State University.
