Four people were arrested Monday on drug charges following the execution of three search warrants at different living units at one address in Scott City, according to a news release sent Wednesday by the Scott City Police Department.

The Scott City Police Department, the Scott County Sheriff's Department Special Response Team and members of the Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force served the warrants on three homes in Scott City.

One warrant was served at 1300 West Mar Elm, No. 41, where Haley Ann Williams, 26, and Scott Allen Madderra, 36, were arrested and charged with manufacturing a controlled substance and child endangerment. Police said they found marijuana plants growing inside the home. Williams and Madderra are currently in the Scott County Jail, with bond for Williams set at $20,000 cash-only and for Madderra at $10,000 cash-only.

Another warrant served at 1300 West Mar Elm, No. 35, resulted in the arrest of Michael Eugene Rice, 37. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, though the news release didn't specify what the controlled substance was. Rice is in the Scott County Jail on $25,000 cash-only bond.

A third warrant was served at 1300 West Mar Elm, No. 12, which resulted in the arrest of Donald William Harris Jr., 17, for suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
