A former Dexter, Missouri, pastor will not stand trial for stealing more than $112,000 from his church, but a judge found probable cause he forged a church document.

In November, Marcus Crendale Geuin, 35, appeared before Associate Circuit Judge John Spielman of Dunklin County for a preliminary hearing.

Geuin originally was charged with felony stealing from the First Pentecostal Church of Dexter and felony forging of a document from the church's board of directors that gave him authority to conduct business on the church's behalf.
