Roger Wilson, who previously served as governor and lieutenant governor of Missouri, will deliver the keynote speech Saturday at the Cape Girardeau County Democratic Central Committee's fall festival.
The event will be held at the University Center, beginning at 6 p.m. Dinner is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., followed by the speech at 7 p.m. and then a fund-raising auction. Wilson, executive director of the Missouri Democratic Party, will discuss the upcoming state and presidential elections.
Tickets are available in advance for $20 from the Democratic Party headquarters at 75 Plaza Way or by calling 335-4445. Tickets at the door are $22 a person.
