Participants will test their skills during situation-game tours of the cafeteria. The newest information and references to assist in preparation and safe handling of food will be shared during the two-hour sessions. There is no charge for the class.

Classes will also be available April 3 at 1:30 and 7 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Elementary School Cafeteria in Jackson.
